Fusion and Colorlight Page
Colorlight Page
The Color Page in DaVinci Resolve is a powerful tool used for color correction, color grading, and visual effects.
When I was colour grading in DaVinci Resolve, I was aiming to enhance the look of my footage in several ways. I used grading to set the mood and style of the in a dramatic effect. It helped me ensure consistency across different shots, making sure everything looks cohesive and polished. I got a deeper understanding of color wheels and log wheels by referring to multiple online lessons.
It consists of:
1.Primary Color Wheels : These include Lift, Gamma, Gain, and Offset controls. Lift adjusts the shadows, Gamma adjusts the midtones, Gain adjusts the highlights, and Offset shifts the entire image's color balance.
2.Log Wheels : These provide more precise control over the shadows, midtones, and highlights in logarithmic color space.
Scopes, curves and nodes.

Fusion Page
The fusion page is basically a layering page that let’s you add and create movie style visual effects. We can add cool motion texts, green screen editing, and much more. Fusion uses nodes. It is like building blocks to obtain a final effect. Each block does something different, like adding colour, creating an effect, or joining two video clips together. We connect these nodes together for the final output like a flowchart.
Outcomes:
I learnt to change the background in terms of a green screen using delta keyer node.
Used the ColorSpaceTransform Node to change one color space and gamma to another.
Used tools like text nodes and glow nodes to create neon flickering effect.

Conclusion:
This project was a fun and rewarding experience. I used the Color Page to make my footage look better and set the right mood, and the Fusion Page to create cool effects. It taught me a lot about making videos more creative and professional, and I’m excited to try more in the future.
