Fusion Page Tools

1.Nodes based workflow:

Fusion uses a node system instead of layers. Each node represents a different effect, media, or adjustment.

2.Media In and Media out :

MediaIn imports the clip, MediaOut exports the final composition back to the timeline.

3.Transform Node:

Allows you to scale, rotate, move, and resize clips or graphics.

4.Merge Node:

Combines two or more nodes (like layering clips together).

5.Color Corrector Node:

Basic color adjustment inside Fusion for elements separate from main grading.

6.Text+ Node:

Used for creating animated and customizable text titles.

7. Polygon / Mask Nodes :

Create custom masks to cut out or isolate parts of an image.

8. 3D Space Tools:

Build 3D scenes with cameras, lights, and 3D objects directly in Fusion.

Colour Page Tools

1.Primary correction panel:

Lift, Gamma, Gain, Offset wheels adjust shadows, midtones, highlights, and overall image brightness.

2. Curves panel:

Fine-tune contrast, color, and create custom look adjustments using curve graphs.

3.Colour warper:

3D mesh tool to adjust hue and saturation precisely across the image.

4.Nodes based grading:

Like Fusion, color correction happens through nodes, allowing complex, f lexible adjustments.

5.Qualifiers (HSL Selection Tool):

Isolate specific colors (like skin tones or a blue sky) to adjust only those areas.

6.Power Windows (Masking Tools):

Create circular, linear, or custom-shaped masks to isolate parts of the frame for targeted correction.

7.Tracking Tools:

Track Power Windows or objects frame-by-frame automatically.

8.LUTs (Look-Up Tables):

Apply professional "looks" instantly or create your own LUTs for re-use.

9.Scopes (Waveform, Vectorscope, Parade, Histogram):

Technical graphs to accurately measure exposure, color balance, and levels.

10.Color Match Tool:

Automatically match colors between two shots or match footage to color charts.
