Assembly & Simulation
I designed a gripper, assembled the parts in Fusion 360, and simulated its operation.
Steps
1.Design: Created parts like the base, arms, linkages, and mounts.
2.Assembly: Assembled the parts using joints (rigid, revolute, and slider) in Fusion 360.
3.Simulation: Tested the gripper’s movement and strength.

CFD Simulation of Aerofoil
A CFD simulation was performed on an aerofoil in a wind tunnel using Autodesk CFD. The model was imported, and airflow was set at 28 m/s. A structured mesh was applied, and steady-state analysis was conducted. The lift force was calculated based on the pressure difference between the upper and lower surfaces, resulting in a lift force of [X] N. The simulation validated the aerodynamic performance of the aerofoil.
Generative Design Using Fusion 360
A sample file was imported, or a new structure was created in the Generative Design environment in Fusion 360. Design constraints, material properties, and load conditions were defined, allowing Fusion 360 to generate an optimized model using AI-driven simulations. The final model was analyzed for performance, highlighting improved efficiency and material usage.

Piston and Crankshaft Mechanism
Each component of the piston and crankshaft mechanism, including the crankshaft, connecting rod, and piston, was designed in Fusion 360 with accurate dimensions. The components were assembled to form a functional mechanism, and a motion simulation was performed to verify proper operation. The simulation results confirmed smooth motion and correct alignment, demonstrating the effectiveness of the design.
Animation and Rendering of Lego Structure
A complete Lego assembly was designed in Fusion 360, and motion studies were used to animate its movement. The rendering feature was used to create a realistic visualization, depicting a Lego man on a busy cobblestone street at sunset, with Soviet-era tanks in the background. The project demonstrated the use of animation and rendering techniques in CAD software.

Introduction to Laser Engraving
The basics of laser engraving were studied using available resources, and the process was implemented digitally. A keychain design (7×5 cm) featuring different insignia of the Marvel Lab logo was created in software, and the engraving was simulated digitally to ensure precision
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Application
A real-world industrial component was selected and dimensioned with GD&T symbols in Fusion 360, ensuring precise control over form, orientation, location, and runout. A detailed 2D drawing was generated, illustrating key GD&T concepts such as flatness, perpendicularity, and true position. The application of GD&T improved manufacturing accuracy and ensured design intent.
ELECTRONICS
Create A Voltage Multiplier
A voltage multiplier circuit using a 555 Timer IC and capacitor charge pumps steps up 9V to 18V and then cascades to achieve 27V. The 555 Timer is configured in astable mode to generate a square wave, driving the charge pump stages. Each stage uses capacitors and diodes in a voltage-doubling configuration to incrementally increase the voltage. Low-drop diodes and appropriately rated capacitors ensure efficiency and reliability. This compact design is ideal for low-input to high-output DC voltage applications

Create a circuit that provides short-circuit protection
The short-circuit protection circuit stops damage caused by short circuits. It uses a relay, bulb, resistor, switch, and power supply. The relay detects high current and disconnects the power to protect the system. The bulb lights up to show a short circuit has occurred. The resistor keeps the current safe during normal use. The switch lets you test or reset the circuit.
