Task 7:Create a Portfolio Webpage

Introduction

A portfolio website is a personal webpage used to showcase an individual's skills, projects, and achievements. It helps present information in an organized and visually appealing way. In this project, a responsive portfolio webpage was created that includes information about myself, my interests, projects, and links to my social media profiles.

Technologies Used

The following technologies were used while creating the portfolio webpage:

• HTML – Used to structure the content of the webpage.
• CSS – Used to style the webpage and improve the visual appearance.
• Responsive Design Techniques – Used to ensure the website adapts to different screen sizes.
• Git and GitHub – Used for version control and hosting the project repository.

Structure of the Website

The portfolio webpage consists of several sections:

1. About Me

This section provides a short introduction about myself, including my background, interests, and goals.

4. Social Media Links

Links to social media profiles such as LinkedIn, GitHub, or other platforms are included so visitors can connect or explore my work further.

Responsive Design

The webpage was designed to be responsive so that it can adjust its layout based on the screen size. CSS techniques such as flexible layouts and media queries were used to make sure the content remains readable and well-organized on different devices.

Uploading the Website to GitHub

After creating the portfolio webpage, the project files were pushed to a Git repository using Git. The basic steps followed were:
